5.7L 4x4 changed plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, replaced fuel injectors. Use to get 16 to 17 Hiway MPG. This started at ~ 90K miles. Seems to idle ok. Now milage is ~12.3 to 12.8, I drive like an old man, easy excelleration and speeds at 55. Using Regular or medium grade, makes very little difference.
