I have had this truck for some time and have had to replace both the master cylinder and the slave cylinder on it and it has fixed the problem twice but failed me after about a week of driving it again. I have bled the system many times and it will help sometimes or not help at all other times. The thing is that the clutch will work to disengage itself and it will let me take it out of gear if the pedel has been fully let off but when I go to get moving in any gear I have preassure untill I try to let the clutch back out and ingage the clutch the plate is right there and it catches real quick right as the pedal comes off the floor. I need some sort of help I was told when I bought the truck that the clutch was new so I dont want to blame the clutch. I need to know what else could cause the problem such as I have found fluid behind the boot of the master cylinder since I replaced it which isnt anygood. I was told something about a way to check if its the hydrolic system or if its the clutch itself but havnt tryed it. I was told that I can un-bolt the slave cylinder and pull it out untill it catches on the fork or whatever and get back in the truck and start it and if the pedal is stif than the hydrolic system works and the clutch is the problem. Is this true. Any help please

A cuople of things to try here. Crawl under the truck and see if the fork has alot of play in it. The end of the fork maybe worn down and not fully engaging the clutch. Even if it's new. Then look at the end of hte adjustment rod and it should have like a rounded point. It may be just plain round and worn. Also check the fork for being bent. Then while down there take a screwedriver and push on the flywheel towards the trans. If it moves a bt your crankshaft may be worn at the back mainbearing as small blocks do this. Usually if the clutch was replaced then it is one of these other things. Oh and make sure you have 1/8-1/4" free play a the pedal for correct clutch adjustment.
