I need to know why my blower continues to run even after the ignition has been turned off. I finally had to take the fuse for the blower out to stop it from running continually. Only probably now is, with cold weather approaching I need to get this fixed. I have never experienced this before and I don't even know where to begin to start with this one. Any help would be grately appreciated.

The power to the motor is switched (in other words, it doesn't get power until the key is on). Therefore, chances are either the ignition switch is going bad, or there is a short that is allowing continuous power to get to the motor. Because of the involvement with trying to identify this type of problem, I recommend having a mechanic check it.
