I am getting the "Service Traction System" annunciator in the dash. I have an OTC Genysis and I read the following codes:

U1040C - Loss of communication with the EBCS/EBCTS System.

P1571C - TCS PWM Circuit no frequency.

That's great to know, but it doesn't tell me what to go and fix. Can you tell me what I need to fix? I believe it to be a wheel speede sensor. Does the "C" following the code identify which sensor is faulty?

also, if I purchase the Monte Carlo service manuals will it have the repair information that I need to fix this type issue?

U1040 code
check the electrical connector to the EBTCM module located at the ABS modulator/pump assembly. In a bad spot. Located on the subframe driver's side. You may need a trip to the dealer for more advanced diagnostics using a GM Tech II scan tool.
Also it wouldnt hurt to double check the plug ins for the wheel hubs, at the wheel.
They get dirty/loose/broke and even breaks in the wires.

Thank you for your response. I am unable to read the document you sent in the email. It is too small and I can't figure out how to zoom in or make it larger. Any ideas? If not could you resend it in a larger image?
Thanks,

Also, I have found a TSB regarding this issue. 03-05-25-008. It is to replace both wiring harnesses to the front wheel speed sensors. It says they can chafe around the tie rod ends or the air conditioning plumbing from the compressor.
