I changed out battery recently. The battery was out for over 30 minutes while I repainted the battery box. Since then I have a short duration on my interior lights either opening the door with a key or remote. The entry lights come on for a second then go off. I've tried disconnecting the battery, locking the door with the key. Its the same if you're sitting in the car and use the light switch to turn on the interior lights. The map lights will work on their separate switch. Every so often, the lights will work once then its back to the same short duration. Is there anything an individual can do prior to going to the dealer for a Tech II refresh?

The Body Control Module BCM is what times out lights when you enter. No service bulletins on subject
at a loss except to say BCM is the culprit. May revile a code if scanned.
