I replaced the EGR valve with a brand new one and had the intake repaired to the the tune of 1100.00 and still the service engine soon light is on and the reading is saying insufficient air flow to EGR. Where does the air flow come from and go to, what causes insufficient air flow, how do you fix it, what needs to be fixed and approx. How much is this going to cost, and should it have been fixed during the intake repair? PLEASE PLEASE help a girl out, wont you?

The air comes from exhaust gases, and goes into the intake manifold for emiisions.

Since you already replaced the egr and had the manifold cleaned, I would suggest a faulty DPFE sensor or EVP sensor, whatever your vehicle has.

Also if it is vaccum operated make sure it has proper flow to it.
