If your engine doesn't turn at all, then it's either the bat/cables, starter/circuit, or ignition switch.
First check your bat cables for corrosion/loose connections. Then turn on your head lights and try starting your engine.
If the headlights go out, then your bat is shot. If your headlights stay strong, then the problem is either your starter or in the circuit.
