The motor for the rear passenger window gave out and the window freely slides up and down manually. I want to get the window up and stay up, but am not willing to pay to get the motor fixed (too costly). The rear window never gets used, and as far as I am concerned, I just want the window up permantently. How difficult is it to get the door off to secure the window? Are there manuals out there that can help?

Hi:
The door panel is held on with a few screws and clips. It's easy to remove. However, just because the motor is bad, the window shouldn't go up and down manualy. It sounds like there is a gear problem.
