Engine Performance problem
2004 Chevy Malibu 4 cyl Automatic 78,000 miles

I changed the spark plugs and I still am getting the misfire code. This is what the freeze frame meter recorded.
rpm-671
load value-72.9%
MAP sensor-76 KPA
Short term fuel Trim 1-13.2%
Long term fuel Trim 1-8.5%
Short term fuel Trim 3--87.1%
Long term fuel Trim 3-0.0%
Vehicle speed-0mph
fuel system 1 clsd
fuel system 2 n/a
In the morning I am able to drive the care for about a mile. Then after letting the care sit for an hour when I start it, it starts misfiring and can only get to about 35mph. What's my next step?

P0300 Random misfire-normally caused by vacuum leak or bad fuel

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
