2002 Chevy Malibu Loud squealing noise under a load

There is a very loud squealing noise whenever I accelerate at any speed. When I let off the gas it stops but continues as soon as I step on the gas again. And I notice that it starts surging around 50-55. Do you know what could be causing this very annoying problem. We have replaced the Fel-pro manifold gasket, cleaned the EGR valve, the trouble codes are P0102B, P0300B, P0404,P0620C,& P1189C.

Squealing noise:

Your probable causes here could be the serpentine belt/tensioner, alternator/AC compressor/power steering pump-bearings

For your surging problem -have the oxygen sensor and MAF sensor checked-
