Car starts to make noise, when the heater is turned on. The noise gradually increases when you increase the speed of the heater. Noise completely stops when heater is turned off.
How severe is the problem and how early should it be addressed?
What will happen if its not addressed immediately?
What will be the cost estimate to have it fixed?

Remove the blower motor and see if there is something stuck in the HVAC box. It could as simple as leaf from a tree in it. You can do it at home if you know what your doing. Other wise it shouldnt be that much at a shop
