2000 Chevy Malibu Engine Misfire!

Here's a quick one for you guys. I scanned my Malibu 3.1 for codes and it came back with code P0300 Engine Misfire Detected. I then when into live diagnostic with the vehicle running and Cylinder 3 had some abnormal readings which leads me to suspect that is where the problem lies. So what should I do first? Possible spark plug problem? I know the plugs NEED to be done, as I have already done the wires. Any help is appreciated!

Should prompt you to check the sparkplug, compression and injector

It also would't hurt to check out the ignition coil, or the ignition module.
