My cadalac converter was stole do I need to put another on eback on? Will it hurt the car to run it without it?

You'll be fine but it'll be running rich. Put a flexible pipe for the time being. But I suggest you put a catalytic converter as soon as possible. Also be advise, you'll be polluting the environment.
