Car died will start but missing really bad. Checked computer for codes got p0300 multiple cylinder misfire. Changed plugs, plug boots, and coil cover. Fuel gauge needle also spun and is now stuck under pin, maybe not related I don't know. I am baffled. Checked spark sometimes #1 firing #3 not firing and then randomly changes. Checked coils with meter checked good. Module tested fine as well. Thank you for any help. Jack

P0300 Random Misfire

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
