When I leave my car sit for a while and go to start it up it starts up pretty good like it should. But when I shut it off and go to start it up again (like when I get gas or something that requires short time) it doesn't want to start or takes a couple of try's and takes a while to fire when I turn the key. I went to one place and asked them and they said change the fuel filter but I went to another place and they said it wasn't my fuel filter at all and it was my gas cap which wasn't allowing enough air flow. They told me to take the gas cap off for a little while and see if it will start ok. I did this and the car started up ok the first couple of times but now its kind of back to the same way it was before. I'm not sure what to do and I don't want to blow money that I don't need to. Please help.
