I would like to know if a 3100 engine out of a 1996 Lumina will fit work in a 1999 Lumina Thanks!

Hi:
I don't have the cross reference information you need. I will say the engine will physically fit and bolt in if you presently have a 3.1, but they change so many things from year to year, god knows what is different. If you call a salvage yard, they will most lilkely have the cross reference info you need.
