Error code P0401. I have cleaned the inlet and exhaust tubes and replaced the egr valve but the light comes back on. I used a map sensor cleaner and changed the pvc valve as well as the air filter and the oil. Checked the fuses. What else can I do. Would it be bad to use an air compressor to make sure the tubes are clean? I couldn't get anything very far in the inlet tube.

When you get a trouble code for a particular part, that does NOT mean that part needs to be replaced. It's just a warning telling you there's something wrong in that area/circuit.

If you EGR valve is new and working, then it's probably in the wiring harness or computer itself.

Are you good with a multi-meter? If so, you'll have to gain access to the specs for your EGR circuit (I don't have access) and probe the wires/connector. This'll tell you if you're getting the required voltage at the terminal.

If you aren't, then probe backwards in the wiring harness for any breaks. If there's no breaks, then your computer's bad.
