Tools you'll need:
Phillips screwdriver
5/64 (i think) Allen wrench
Duct tape
Door panel removal tool
Drill
Cold chisel
Hammer
12 volt circuit tester
ratchet wrench and sockets
Assorted bolts and nuts.
Remove window master switch by prying it out of door at the back. Test it for voltage to the terminal and through the switch to make sure the motor is getting power. If not, trace open circuit instead. If power is OK, unplug the switch.
Remove visible screws and those behind pry-out plugs. Use the Allen wrench to remove the tiny set screw holding the rear-view mirror adjuster in its housing. Don't lose the set screw. Remove seat belt guide from upper frame. Tape the window to the frame. Pry the manual door lock handle off its linkage rod.
Use the panel tool to pop out the nylon fasteners behind the panel around the bottom and sides. Remove any other impediments and pull the panel straight up and off the door.
Peel the inner plastic lining away from the door. Remove the bolts holding the glass to the regulator. Drill out and knock off the heads of the rivets holding the motor and regulator unit to the inside of the door. Unplug the motor and fish the motor and regulator out of the door.
Drill out the smaller rivets holding the motor to the regulator.
Reassemble, replacing the rivets with equivalent size bolts and nuts.
