The door handle broke on outside of driver door. Fix that and now the door wont open at all. Seems to be locked. How do I open it?

Those darned handles are one of two bad sides to that car the other is no room in engine so you have to remove half the engine to replace a couple of sensors without removing the engine lol when you get the door open adjust the rod that screws into the handle usually they are to far screwed in it is hard to get it just right and it will probably take a few tries to get it right try at first by screwing it to just the opposite edge of the handles little bolt and tightenig if needed I have had to replace both driver side and the passenger side several times they break real easy so dont tug on handles real hard or they will snap like a twig especially when doors happen to freeze over in winter also you might want to make sure that the hinges arent sagging cause that will cause problems with it opening also common on two door cars that have the longer doors
