1993 Chevy Lumina

My car seems to wobble or it feels like it fishtails as I am driving over rough spots in the road. I am just wondering what could cause this.

There is a sway bar under the back that has clamps with rubber fittings on each side near the tire. The driver side clamp is known for snapping off on the 91/92/93 models. Check this out and repair if needed. Should fix the prob.
I pushed it up as far as I could and used pipe fitting band to secure it. Havent had the prob since.
