1990 Chevy Lumina idling and running rough

i recently used an in tank injector cleaner.2 days later the car started running rough. I also noticed that the mileage has decreased. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like you have awaken something up, I would change the fuel filter first, then check fuel pressure and pressure regulator.
