Toyota Corolla Rattling noise

I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla, mileage 105,000.
I recently changed my engine oil at Pep Boys. Now my car is making a rattling noise. Surprisingly the rattling stops if I turn the steering wheel slightly to the right or to the left. The rattling is not continuous it disppears for a couple of days only to be back. It is there during idling also, and at low speeds also I can hear it. I am not so sure at high speeds because it could be suppressed by engine noise.
Any help is welcome.

I would suggest try checking the oil level, maybe they didnt add enough oil.

Could be in catalytic converter,
or possibly a exhaust clamp or one of the heatsheilds came loose.

They could have also forgotten to tighten up a drain plug and that would make the oil level low and cause the engine to ping. *Happens on occasion at some shops (easy accident)

If none of these apply, might want to bring it to a mechanic you trust, and have it looked over.

Hope this helps - Jay
