No running/tail/brake lights on 1995 S-10

Only lights that work are the head lights and the amber lights in the front bumper. No tail lights at all in the back and the amber lights next to the headlights are also out.

What should I look for besides the switch in the dash?

I checked the fuses in the side of the dash, all were OK. Is there another panel under the hood? I was unable to locate one.
