When ever we pump the gas into the car we have to barely squeese the nossle, It will kick out. We can't even get it to the 1st. Latch on the handle. We can only get about 30 cents at a time and when it is bitter cold outside it can be very irritating. We bought the car used wirh no warrenty. Is it a vent or something that can be plugged, and if so can I fix it myself

You could possibly have a restricted EVAP vent valve that is preventing pressure from escaping the tank when you are filling up.
