2000 Chevy Impala water on passenger side floor

Rain water getting into heater box and not draining out in heavy rain.I cannot find the drain line under the car, When it fills the water comes out the bottom of the blower motor. Canyou tell me where the drain is? Thank you

You need to replace the cowl trim panel (air inlet grille) on the passenger side under the wiper arm. Also install a new cabin filter if equipped, and plan on a new blower motor. Be sure to get new retainer clips also. Also, make sure the plenum water deflector is in place.
