You failed becaue the carisn't running right. It could be a vacuum leak as one code says one bank is to lean and another is multiple misfires. The lst one says your torque converter isn't locking up. Bu tthat wo't have any effect on the emission test. At least the Torque converter won't. The other two will. You 'll have to take it to a pro near you and hawve him check it out. Once it's fixed change the oil and flter and you should pass the test easily.
