1995 Chevy Corsica wheel bearing

I had my left wheel bearing replace, because when I would drive on highway the car would make a humming noise, i was told it was the wheel bearing but after having it replaced it still makes the same humming noise. also after it rains I have notice water on both floor boards, could you tell me how the water may be getting into car so i can correct the problem.

Either the wrong wheel bearing was replaced or there are two bad ones.

The drain in the wiper trouth may be plugged. You'll need to pull that wiper arms off, the cowl cover off and get to the wiper transmission area and clean out the debris.
