Releive the fuel pressure, take the upper plenum off, disconnect all the injectors and electrical connections going to it. Disconnect the fuel lines and unbolt it from the manifold gently lift it out. Do the same re installing it. Make sure all your injectors are lubed prior to install.

I know I sound like an idiot, but how do you lube the injectors?

If you are putting new injectors on then they may be prelubed. I am talking about the o-rings on either end of the injectors. If they aren't lubed, then lightly use a little Ky jelly (vaseline) on the o-rings, being careful not to get any in the spray area or the top sides. If your injectors are screwing up why not have a pro clean them with their fluid, it'a alot stronger than the over the counter stuff you can buy. And has to be installed through the fuel rail and should clean them if they aren't working unless the electrical isn't working on them. Probably a lot cheaper too.
