Depending on what need replacing. If you just need the pads replaced and nothing else, most nationally recognized shops will charge around 100 - 150, depending on where you live. But if you need the rotors turned (some include the charge, some will charge extra), caliper service, then the charge will exponentially get higher.
ABS will require some diagnostic charge, usually 2 hours, plus parts and labor to fix. It is hard to put time limit. They all depend on the damage/fault.
