1993 Chevy Corsica Idle Problems

Happy New Year.
My car Idles very high, Ive already replaced Throttle Position Sensor and Idle air control valve Its still Idles fast. I even Adjusted the Screw all the way in, it still idle fast and it also stalls when I stop fast or when slowing down i let off peddle to fast. What is causing this??

might be a good idea to check for vaccum leaks or a plugged up pcv valve.

if your getting air in the system that isnt needed the computer will dump more fuel and more air and more fuel means higher idle.
