1992 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When my car gets hot it cuts off, it will sit and idol but when you put it into gear it stops. And then I have to let it cool off before it will start again.

When the problem occurs, have you done any basic testing? When it refuses to start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse. If you have neither one, you may be loosing the rpm signal? Are there any codes?
