what is the procedure to replace the torque converter solenoid.Can it be accessed by dropping the tansmission pan/

It is accessed through the side pan, which can be removed with minimal difficulty. Here is the procedure as listed in ALLDATA, it is for the 2.8l, I would speculate that the 2.0l is similar. Is the vehicle stalling at stops after cruising, and been determined that the torque converter lockup is causing the stall?
