my car continues to die out. What could the problem be. How do you change a fuel pump on a 1986 chev celebrity?

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump and comeback with the pressure readings

Thanks but how do you check the fuel pressure does that have to be done in a car garage by a professional? I will do that and then get back to you guys on it thanks again
