I have a 95 chevy cavalier Z24 2.3 L 113,00and i just had an ignition problem yesterday i put my key in the igniton and it had like a 2 second delay and it started up it did this for a few days and then the other night i turned the key and nothing i had smoke come up from the steering column and it smelled like burnt plastic well the switch had melted and the side that melted was the wire that says SOL do i have a short or a bad solenoid ? or is it something worse thank you very much
