2003 Chevy Cavalier

According to my compatability guide the 2000 engine is not compatable with your 2003 vehicle. The cavalier 2.2L engines that are compatable with your 2003 are 2002 through 2005. Unfortunately the guide does not state why the engines will not swap, it only list what years are interchangeable.
