I replaced the air compressor with a rebuilt from an auto store. I replaced the drier and an in line filter when I charged to it runs good, but freezes the evaporator coil and the tubes going to it frost on them. I tried putting more 134 in did the same Less did the same. What causes it to freeze. Should have I vaccum pumped it?

I did replace the orifice tube in the tube coming from the Condenser coil located on the raditator. Does it need to be vaccum pumped to get any moisture out of it. What causes it to freeze the line and evaporator coil?
