Hi all I was going down the road at around 60 mph and then my car went dead. Nothing happened when it went dead. No skipping or anything it just died. I had to have it towed home. It will not crank. I have had no problems out of this car. The battery has been tested and is fine. Nothing obvious turns up while looking under the hood. No bad hoses, no drips of any kind. Can anyone help? My husband says the fuses under the steering wheel all seem to be fine also. He isn’t a mechanic but he knows a few things and I do mean few. I really don’t have the money to have it towed to a shop and have it repaired. If anyone has any idea please let me know.

I just replaced the head gasket on my 2000 cavalier it has 111,000 miles on it. I noticed that I now have oil leaking like crazy from the head in which it was not doing before. I tightened the bolts to the proper torque which I think was 46lbs. Can someone help me by telling me what to do. Its leaking very bad.
