If my cooling fan is not working and I just replaced it. What should I do? Could it be my wiring is bad or the fan might be bad>

Generally you can test the fan switch by unpluging it. The fan should run all the time, also try turning the AC on, the fan should run at a slower speed.

If none of this works, then it is probably the fan relay or a fuse.
