First thign I would check personally would be that the belt is properly tightened, not beyond the wear limit or glazed up.

I have the same thing. I thing it could be a bearing in either the tensioner or the water pump. If it was the belt, a lite spray of water to quiet it would tell ya that. Bearings, well, that's a lil harder because most are sealed for protection. Helps to have a thin rod, much like a hanger, stick one end on the area you think it's coming from and the other touch with the palm of your hand. Most faulty bearings will give a slight vibration. But you will definitely tell a diff when compared to all the other accessory pullies.

You could also elect to take off the belt and rotate them/spin them by hand see if they have excessive noise and dont turn easily.

Also shake them and see if they have play.
