i replaced the alternator twice and charged the battery. The battery is around or near 13 but when I start the car up it falls to 11 or 10 and the battery light remains on. After I turn the car off the battery rebuilds itself back to 13. So if its not the battery or the alternator what else could it be?

Take your battery out and take it to a shop to bench test you may have a bad cell in it reads fine when you check initail voltage but cant sustain this voltage due to loads while running
