I replaced the timing chain and tensioner my marks are on I even spun it 180 thinking they were off. Still my car shoots fire out of the carb. Its tbi and has coil packs. My only option I can think is either cmp sensor or ckp sensor and a dtc read no error. Whats my next step

Sounds like firing order is off.
The coils are numbered as to which cylinders the wires go to. 1 & 4 on one and 2 & 3 on the other.
Cylinders are numbered 1 to 4 from belt to bell housing.
Hope this helps,
VIC

I wish it were that simple but seeing as how my car was running fine then just died in the middle of the road on my wife I dont think that is my problem I hope if you have any more insight into the matter you will share but I dont think my wires got crossed in the middle of operation.

You didn't mention it ever ran after the timing chain change in your first posting. Only backfired and shot fire out the intake.
Did you read the codes? Is that what you meant with 'dtc read no error'?
That is the first place to start.
Check all sensor connectors? Was it raining or run thru water?
Ign module under coil packs could have bailed.
Have never seen the problem. Just trying to offer possibilities.
Crank sensor does control timing but usually run or no run. Cam sensor controls injector pulse timing. Will run without cam sensor. Goes into previous setting and gives code.
Wish I could offer more.
