350 V8 auto trans the seal is leaking in the front what is involved in replacing the seal myself is there a site i can get on to see the steps or can you tell me basically how to do it have work on this car for years done all to it oh and is it true you dont want to touch the seal with your hands and if it is how the hell do you put it in i have helped my dad pull a seal out of something but never put one in looks simple except the trans looks like a lot of heavy tugging dont know if i want to tackle this myself or not thanks for any info
