Car stalls while idling or coming to a stop, what is the problem and what can I do to fix it

Change your fuel filter and get choke cleaner and clean the throttle plate on both sides as well as the oblong hole that leads to the iac-idle air control. It may be sticking. The throttle plate is shown on the first photo in tune up on the site here.
