1998 Chevy Camaro
my wipers are stuck in the up position and still work. But when you turn the wipers off they stay up. I bought a new circuit panel for the motor but it is still doing the same thing. so i don't know if I should by a new wiper motor or if it needs a new switch on the steering wheel. and approx how much does the part cost? How do i tell which one i need a motor or a switch?
