Hello all.55mph and plus with the car under load( ie foot on gas) the car begins to shake. Once my foot is off the gas the shaking is gone. I have replaced the rear tires and drive shaft. The front end is all new and tight. I have been told its either miss firing or I need new rear shocks. One person told me maybe a tranny mount. What ever it may be I need this car running.

I would check the engine and tranny mounts, also tires and tire balance. If the shocks are bad the tires can actually bounce, this will wear a scolloped pattern into the tire tread, once this happens you will need new tires!
