1985 Chevy Camaro tuned port inj. only driver side is firin

I have a 85 camaro 350 with tuned port inj. only driver side is firing. appears to be getting spark.?
cannot confirm that the injectors are providing fuel.
have replaced the computer and the p-rom board with new
also replaced the injectors.
thinking it is wiring but hard to test because the injector wires always have power on them. Must switch the commom to them and i do not have equipment fast enough to catch the pulse... if I am even thinking correctly.

go to an auto parts store an dsee if they have the correct test light that plugs into the injector harness to catch the pulse. If you are using a test light you can't correctly ground the injector harness to get the pulse. but the little light can...
