I can get on the high way and my go about 55 60 and dont want to go pass that it just ilde and hill the speed drop down.

You may have a faulty torque converter.
Is it sluggish when you are getting on the highway as well? Or does it have full power until 55-60?
Try doing a stall test on the converter, to see what happens.
