have no power steering?

I got into my truck tonight and had no power steering. I drove it yesterday and it was perfect. There was no fluid dripping, the fluid level was fine, and the serpentine belt is fine. Is it the pump itself or could there be another part I should check?

remove the belt and inspect the pwr steering pump for a broken pump shaft.

This can be either the pump or the steering box, remove the pump cap and start the engine , you if don't see fluid circulating the pump is bad, and if the fluid is moving the box is bad, this guide can help
