When stopped the water temp goes up?

when driving the heat works fine but when stopped the water temp goes up and cool air comes out

Check coolant level. Do it when truck cold open radiator cap top off start put heat on max Run for 5 to 10 min top off. Be careful antifreeze can get very hot and will burnt
