My blazer will run fine some days and barely run other days. Changed the maf, injectors, and map, we scann the tcs and only reads up to 51% and sitting there idling it jumps around alot, took a good one off of a friends blazer but it did the same thing. And no SES light is on.

How are you reading the TCS?

Does vehcle run bad only when in gear and if put in neutral or park it runs fine?

Any codes showing up on the pcm? Or no trouble codes found at all

No codes at all.
It does it in drive and in netural but only every now and then it will go a week without doing it then do it or it will do it for 5 straight days
and my friend had a scan tool and pluged it in under the dashboard and the Throttle Position sensor wouldn't act right and would only go to like 51 %

It could be using substitute data. Hard to test it that way. Best thing to do is to hook a voltmeter up to it in the signal wire coming out of it and grounding it out. When you sweep the throttle it should slowly go up in voltage and back down. Closed should be around half a volt and wide open should be around 4.5 do this when vehicle is running good and when its running poor.
